Escola Polit\u00e9cnica (Poli) da USP, <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/instagram.com\/polinautico?igshid=MzRlODBiNWFlZA==\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><u>Poli N\u00e1utico<\/u><\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, participa do <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.oficialduna.com\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">D<u>esafio Universit\u00e1rio de Nautidesign (DUNA)<\/u><\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, com o seu novo nautimodelo \u201cKraken\u201d. A competi\u00e7\u00e3o, sediada na Universidade Federal de Santa Catarina (UFSC), em Joinville, conta com a participa\u00e7\u00e3o de equipes de todo o Brasil e ocorre entre os dias 21 e 26 de agosto de 2023.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Para esta edi\u00e7\u00e3o, a equipe construiu o novo rebocador com propuls\u00e3o ASD (Azimuth Stern Drive). \u201cA gente tem hist\u00f3rico em fazer propuls\u00e3o azimutal e dessa vez trouxemos azimutal de popa com rota\u00e7\u00f5es diferentes\u201d, explica Guilherme Damy, capit\u00e3o do Poli N\u00e1utico. Com essa nova disposi\u00e7\u00e3o, a dirigibilidade do barco \u00e9 otimizada. \u201cAcho que como a gente conseguiu unir bem essas duas partes, o controle da el\u00e9trica e a propuls\u00e3o que permite uma manobrabilidade alta, vamos ter uma grande vantagem competitiva nisso\u201d, afirma Damy.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Juntamente a outros modelos, Kraken competir\u00e1 em 6 provas no desafio: projeto, <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">bollad pull<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, for\u00e7a, corrida, manobrabilidade e cabo de guerra. Em 2022, <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.poli.usp.br\/en\/noticias\/noticiasdapoliusp\/13643-poli-nautico-inaugura-rebocador-baleia.html\/\"><u>o Poli N\u00e1utico competiu com o seu rebocador \u201cBaleia\u201d<\/u><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, nome em homenagem ao personagem do romance &#8220;Vidas Secas&#8221;, de Graciliano Ramos. A equipe ganhou o primeiro lugar na categoria \u201cprojeto\u201d.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-50 elementor-top-column elementor-element elementor-element-e32d8a3\" data-id=\"e32d8a3\" data-element_type=\"column\" data-e-type=\"column\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-wrap elementor-element-populated\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-fd10168 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"fd10168\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cA gente participa do DUNA h\u00e1 alguns anos e sempre \u00e9 uma competi\u00e7\u00e3o bastante dif\u00edcil, tem muitas equipes competentes e com certeza esse ano n\u00e3o vai ser diferente. Acima de tudo, eu sinto que o ponto que a gente chegou j\u00e1 \u00e9 uma grande vit\u00f3ria, principalmente a evolu\u00e7\u00e3o que a gente v\u00ea nos novos e antigos integrantes, na equipe como um todo\u201d, conta Raquel de Almeida, capit\u00e3 do Poli N\u00e1utico.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">O grupo tem como objetivo aplicar os conhecimentos adquiridos em aula por meio de atividades pr\u00e1ticas e t\u00e9cnicas. Apesar do foco na engenharia naval, aceitam membros de toda a Universidade e seu <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/docs.google.com\/forms\/d\/e\/1FAIpQLSfyxBKjov7_nHWdYltzXc4adz3Ar5uzIDvL4XzSanPFeYFGhg\/viewform\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><u>processo seletivo est\u00e1 aberto at\u00e9 24 de agosto de 2023<\/u><\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. \u201cPode entrar sem conhecimento nenhum, basta estar engajado no processo. A gente procura ensinar tudo e desenvolver o conhecimento com base nos problemas reais que a gente encontra nos projetos navais\u201d, explica
